Well, I like having an online persona and it’s my site so I’ll do whatever I like thank you very much.

Who is Him Indoors?

He’s a wonderfully patient man who has been the love of Miss Crafty’s life for quite some time now. He patiently allows her to get excited in fabric stores and supportively nods in encouragement when faced with endless tales of potential projects and ideas and, in short, he is a bloody diamond of a man who occassionally gets a mention in her posts.

I like the site but it seems so long-winded to have to register to leave a comment.

Sorry folks but that just the way I like things to be. As lovely as the crafting community have been, there’s some right horrible peeps out there and I’d rather be able to monitor what is commented on the site. It’s not that hard and once you’ve registered you’ll have all the more reason to keep commenting. Miss Crafty *loves* her comments.

How exactly do I leave a comment/register?

If you look down the sidebar on the right-hand side you’ll see a little section called Meta. Under this is where you’ll find the links to register and to login.

How do you choose the Crafter of The Week and can I be one?

I spend a lot of time trawling the crafty blogs and sites of the Internet and occassionally someone catches my eye. I’ll then politely ask them if they’d like to answer a few questions for me and if they do then we set about it. If you’d like to be one then just send me an email with a bit about yourself and a link to your work with the subject ‘COTW’ and I’ll reply as soon as I can. Guys will be given the honor of appearing on our brother site hescrafty.co.uk.
